- For local pickups, please notify us by phone at least one hour before arrival.
- For shipped orders, we accept all major card types and payment methods supported by Shopify.
Shipping
- Shipping quotes: Contact us in advance for a shipping cost estimate.
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Carriers: We ship via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, and GLS to Canada and the U.S.

Delivery times:
- Within Canada: Typically 1-6 business days.
- To the U.S.: Usually 5-9 business days.
- Local pickup option: Customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) can pick up orders for free at our Toronto warehouse.
- P.O. Box restriction: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required for every confirmed order.
