The muffler was the wrong shape for the vehicle. The es300 uses an wide oval shape, the replacement was round leading to mid pipe hanging lower than it should be. The welds were raw and not treated with a galvanizing spray which will lead to rusting quickly. The hangers were all in the correct place. The flange angle was correct for connection. The connection bolts were soft and of poor quality. Extra washers were required as the flange bolt opening were very large.
