This part was instrumental in getting my kid's 2000 TL back on the road after thieves stole the catalytic converter. However, the unit I received was a mash-up of what's shown on the web page. It came with two O2 sensor bungs; had to purchase a plug for the one near the outlet flange. Also, the outlet gasket is not the doughnut style shown in the second image, it's a flat gasket as shown in the first image. Installed a Denso 234-4621 oxygen sensor and so far the check engine light has stayed off and the car is running properly. Bolts and gaskets were included.
