The welds are crude but solid

The welds are crude but solid. The main area of concern is the holes into the collector pipe from the outboard pipes. These holes are small, restrictive, and irregular, the result of a quick blast from a torch blasting the slag from a hastily melted hole into the collector pipe. I am going to have to waste a couple of hours cleaning this mess up and enlarging the holes.unless you are prepared to replace it with a properly cut unit.
